To the publication-launch of the catalogue of the exhibition "Metamorphoses of Control" by Isabella Fürnkäs at Osthaus Museum, Hagen, with text contributions by Dr. Tayfun Belgin, Ihsan Alisan, Juliane Duft, Mascha Jacobs, Prof. Dr. Josef Fürnkäs and Jil Blume.

In the interdisciplinary exhibition and performance project "Metamorphoses of Control" Isabella Fürnkäs presented a contemplation on existential states of human existence in the digital age with references that transcend epochs. Based on the painting "Raft of the Medusa" by Théodore Géricault (1818/1819), Isabella Fürnkäs staged a spatial installation with performance, video and drawings in which she transferred the situation of lost people on a raft into the present.
